Terms of Use

The ground rules for using our website and joining Lumifide early access, in plain English.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use lumifide.co.uk or sign up for Lumifide early access. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

This website is run by Lumifide Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland with company number NI744325. Our registered office is 25 Long Meadow, Portglenone, BT44 8FG. You can contact us at hello@lumifide.com.

Lumifide is not medical advice

Lumifide is a wellbeing companion, not a medical service. Nothing on our website or in the app is a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from your GP, midwife, health visitor or another qualified professional.

If you're worried about yourself or your baby, contact your GP, midwife or health visitor. If it's urgent, call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

If you're struggling with your mental health and need to talk to someone now, you can call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.

Figures and calculators

Statistics on our website come from the published sources we list. Our employer cost calculator gives an estimate based on UK averages to support a conversation. It isn't financial advice or a guarantee of results.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when they last changed.

Governing law
