What is losing mothers costing you?

One number is all you need. See what maternity attrition costs your business each year, based on UK averages.

How it works: around 25% of mothers aren't in their job a year after maternity leave,4 and each costs £30,614 to replace.7 An estimate to start the conversation. We'll refine it with your real data in your demo.

20
Your estimated cost of maternity attrition £153,070 every year, from around 5 mothers who don't stay
£30,614

saved for every mother you keep. Keeping just one a year typically covers the cost of a Lumifide programme several times over.

Don't just meet the standard. Set it.

Enhanced pay gets attention. What happens around it is what mothers remember: the risk assessment done properly, support while she's away, a return that doesn't feel like starting again.

The employers mothers rate highest look after the whole journey. Lumifide gives you that, ready to go, so your maternity offer becomes one people talk about.

Questions HR asks us

Who is Lumifide for?

Employees who are pregnant, on maternity leave, or back at work with a child under two. You set eligibility when we build your programme.

Is it a medical service?

No. Lumifide is a wellbeing companion that works alongside NHS care. It helps mothers look after themselves day to day and get to the right professional sooner when they need one.

Can we see how individual employees are doing?

Never. You get anonymous, aggregated reporting only. What a mother shares with Lumifide stays with her and anyone she chooses to share it with.

How does it fit with our EAP?

It sits alongside it. Lumifide gives daily, stage-specific support that EAPs aren't built for, and points people to your EAP when that's the right next step.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per eligible employee and depends on your size. Launch partners get partner pricing. We'll walk you through it, with your ROI report, on your demo.
